  • Kids 9 & under can run with the Chick-fil-A® cow in the Quinn's Kids Fun Run - FREE - starts at 8am.
  • Online Registration is open until Thursday, March 29th - $25.00
  • Race Day registration will be available starting at 6:30am - $35.00
  • Official Start Time: 8:30am

Remote Runners

  • Even if you do not live in the Greater Nashville area, you can still participate in the Team Emmett 5K with our Remote Run option! Same price, and you get the same goodies as if you were running with the masses in Brentwood, TN! We had remote run groups from the 1st Annual 5K in awesome places from the coast of California to the mountains of Colorado, and even India!!
